As the Manager of Recruitment & Selection, you'll spearhead our efforts to identify, attract, and place top talent. You will kickstart the department first by doing it yourself and will lead by example. It’s very hands-on and only when you are successful will you be able to build a team. You will be guiding them to build strong client relationships and craft perfect matches between candidates and clients. This role demands a blend of tactics, execution, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
- Lead and grow the Recruitment & Selection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement
- Drive team performance, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
